Born in Berlin Jean-Marc Komfort is a passionate chef and well known at the gastronomic scene.

Beside his longstanding experience in the Cookies Cream universe, stops at NOMA Copenhagen and Forsthaus Strelitz are part of his career. His new playground is now the Restaurant am Steinplatz.
